Our Investors Advantage DSCR 5-10 unit product is an innovative investment property loan option for small apartment properties and mixed-use commercial. The overall requirements to qualify for this product are similar to our 1-4 unit product, but with a lower LTV and higher minimum loan amount. This is a great option for investors buying in infill locations, which tend to have a much higher ratio of properties with residential apartments above ground-level retail/commercial space.  Conforming conventional loans do not allow any commercial space and FHA loans are for primary residences only. In addition, both conforming conventional and FHA only allow 1 to 4 unit properties, so the financing options are limited.
